Welcoming a local favourite back to Lytton! Jade Springs Restaurant operated near Lytton before being lost in the 2021 Lytton Creek Wildfire, since then the previous owners May & William have re-opened inside the restaurant on the Shaw Springs property with the same menu they had been serving for over 30 years. Jade Springs is now known as Shaw Springs Restaurant, but Jade to many happy locals!
