Trying to decide between celebrating graduation in an epic or relaxing way? At Kumsheen, there’s no need to decide because you can have it all. Join us for an exhilarating trip down two of the largest commercially rafted rivers in the world and then spend some time soaking up the sun at our private resort.
Since our Dry Grad program first began operating in 1994, we have hosted over 27,000 students from more than 100 schools. Several schools have organized more than 15 annual Dry Grad Events with us. With the experience of hosting groups of all sizes in addition to working with both parent and teacher organizers, we can provide an adventure that your class will be talking about years from now.
Whitewater Rafting
Running trips on two of the world’s largest commercially rafted rivers means that we’re able to offer two different styles of whitewater rafting. Our separate paddle rafting and motorized rafting trips allow us to accommodate groups of many ages, skill levels, and abilities. We might be a bit biased, but rafting is one of the best team building activities so we recommend setting aside at least one day for time on the river!
Resort
In addition to unforgettable rafting, Kumsheen offers an unforgettable place for your grad class to celebrate together. Perched on a 15-acre flat above the Thompson River, our Resort offers comfort and character. Whether you decide to sleep in one of our furnished Canvas Cabins or “rough it” in a tent, taste delicious cuisine in our Cutting Board Restaurant or roast some hot dogs over the fire, we know you’ll enjoy the many options we have to offer.
