As you enter the front doors of our main lodge, our Office Staff are there to greet you. They can answer any questions or check you in for your raft trip, campground or RV site, or canvas cabin and teepee accommodation.

Within the Kumsheen Office you will find the Kumsheen Cafe – serving delicious coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches year-round.

The office and cafe are open Thursday – Monday from 8:30am – 7:30pm other than these exceptions:

Mon. June 13	8:30am – 4pm
Mon. June 27	CLOSED
Wed. June 29	8:30am – 7:30pm

Also inside the lodge, we have an attractive assortment of outdoor wear such as fleece, shorts, T-shirts, caps, souvenirs and incidental items, and just about anything you’ll need for your stay at the resort or river trip.

Be sure to check out the Kumsheen Cafe for a tasty coffee, sandwich, or baked good while waiting for your trip to depart, after your trip, or just about any time. Challenge your family or friends to a game such as chess, Chinese checkers, or scrabble. On the cool days, sit around a cozy wood fireplace, relax, chat with your friends, and enjoy the ambiance.

We pride ourselves in having super clean washrooms and change rooms, hot showers, clean-up sinks, and changing benches. As soon as you step off the bus after your rafting trip, you will also be able to view the photos of the day within the Office.

With an impeccable safety record and over 200,000 satisfied visitors, making your way to the Kumsheen Resort could be one of the easiest decisions to make, but leaving could very well be the hardest.
