KUMSHEEN has a few ‘rules’ to ensure that each and every guest has a pleasant experience with us.

Quiet Time
We expect responsible and considerate behaviour from our guests; for everyone’s benefit, quiet time is 11pm. If our quiet time is not suitable for you or your group, we can offer a private, off-site campsite, and can arrange bus or vehicle transportation to that site at your request.
Check-in/out Times
Guests staying at the KUMSHEEN Resort are able to check-in as early as 3pm, and check-out as late as 10am. Note: ‘Raft & Relaxers’ have a check-out time of 1pm.
Pet Policy
We allow pets! The KUMSHEEN Resort is a grand place for your little companion. Our fee is $10 per pet, per night. A $50 cleanup fee will be applied if additional cleaning is necessary. Pets must not be left alone on the Resort at any time. Sorry, no pets on our whitewater rafting departures…
