How to Book

To reserve a space on any rafting or adventure package, just call our office at 1-800-663-6667 or 250-455-2296.

The deposit or fare is due in our office within 10 days of your call. The full fare for the 1 day and half day trips and a $100 per person deposit for other packages will confirm your booking. Use your VISA or MASTERCARD for convenient booking.

The balance of trip fees is due 30 days prior to your trip date. Reservations made within 30 days of the trip will need to be paid in full at the time of reservation. A 6% Federal Tax must be added to all trip fees.

Cancellation Policy

Raft Trips & Camps

Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled verbally or in writing up to 30 days before your activity date. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if cancelled within 30 days of your event.

Stayover Packages

Cabin Tent accommodation, Restaurant, Stayovers: cancel any time up to 48 hours prior to your reservation and you receive a full refund. After the 48-hour deadline, no refunds will be issued.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies and recommend that Cancellation Protection be purchased to protect your payments.

Raft For Free!

Rafting is an ideal group activity and we offer incentives to group organizers. Bring nine or more people ANY DAY OF THE WEEK and you, as the group organizer and as the tenth person, joins the group for free! Find a date convenient to your group and call toll free for your Group Organizer Kit. We'll help you every step of the way. Its that easy.

Gift Certificates

Want to give a gift that won't be tossed into a closet and forgotten? Give a Kumsheen gift certificate for a specific package, or a distinct dollar amount, which can be applied to any package of the receiver's choice. We'll send the gift certificate to you (or the recipient) in an attractive presentation folder along with a current catalogue.

Miscellaneous Policies

Alcohol and Drugs

Outdoor activities by their very nature produce a natural, adrenaline-charged high. Alcohol and drugs are both unsafe and unwelcome in this environment. Drinking is not permitted before or while you are engaged in an activity. Anyone who is drinking or appears to be intoxicated before the trip will be denied participation. Refunds or alternates dates will not be given. Guests are permitted to bring along alcoholic beverages for personal enjoyment at their campsites or the evening campfire. Responsible behavior is expected from all our guests at all times, and remember, rafting is a lot more fun without a hangover.

Liability

Outdoor adventure is enjoyed by people of all ages. However, certain risks are involved in undertaking any outdoor activity. We make every effort to provide you with the finest, most fun-filled trip possible.  Our staff will give instructions before each trip or adventure and it is important that you follow their directions and advice. You will assume responsibility for many decisions affecting your safety during your river.
