Dry Grad Committee Step-by-Step Planning Guide

1. At your next meeting, pass out brochures, show our promotional DVD, and distribute a photocopy of our information package to each member.
2. Narrow your choice to one of the five packages:
   1. Full-Day Legendary Thompson River
   2. Half-Day Devil's Gorge Run
   3. Two-Day Desert Getaway
   4. Two-Day Raft & Relax
   5. Two-Day Big Water Excursion

3. Choose a preferred date and an alternate date in May, June or September.
4. Confirm availability by contacting us at 1-800-663-6667 or rafting@kumsheen.com with your preferred date(s) and approximate number of students.
5. Let your classmates vote on the options available to them.  Contact us immediately with the result of the vote to confirm or withdraw your reservation.
6. Send us a $10 per student deposit by January 30. Classes requesting the same date will be waitlisted in chronological order:  if we do not receive your deposit, your class will be moved to the bottom of the list on January 30 and removed on February 15. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before your rafting date.
7. We strongly recommend that everyone purchase Trip Cancellation Protection.  Make a list of the students who would like to purchase it, and send a copy to our office. 
8. Send the final payment as soon as possible.  The full payment is required 30 days prior to your rafting date; that is also the last day to confirm the number of participants.  There are no cancellations or refunds after the 30-day deadline.
9. With the final payment, inform our office of your meal selection and the number of vegetarians in your group.
10. Provide information about the rafting package to the parents and students.  Ensure that each grad receives a copy of the What to Wear checklist.
11.  Everyone, including grads, parents and chaperones, must sign a Participation Agreement Form.  Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's signature as well as their own.  These must be mailed to us at least a month before your rafting date.  Photocopy the downloaded form here, then have each participant sign their own form, using ink.  Please ensure that the Agreements are filled out completely.  Download the Agreement Form
