Family & Teen Adventure Camp
Every summer our Family Adventure Camps grow in popularity and already moms are booking their family's vacation. Well, okay, some dads have also booked but we've found that for the most part it's the moms that make the arrangements for the families summer holiday.
When we ask where they heard about us usually it's from a friend or someone that has already been to Kumsheen. When we ask what appeals to them the most it usually involves staying in a cabin tent. They are very cozy and unique and contribute to the family bonding experience.

Carpe Diem
Recently we received a great story from Samantha Iverson, a young lady that was one of the participants in '06 in the BC Children's Hospital Teen Adventures at Kumsheen.
For the past 4 summers, Kumsheen has hosted a group of teens who are cancer survivors. They raft the Thompson then on to Hell's Gate on the Fraser River, and for three days enjoy the rivers and the Kumsheen resort.
Samantha's story will touch you, as it did me. It also made me feel good about the role that Kumsheen plays in bringing meaning and joy into these young lives.
