Gold, Gems, Geology – Itinerary

Day 1

2:00    Check in at the Resort

5:00    Social Hour at the Poolside Gazebo

6:00    Dinner in the Cutting Board Restaurant

8:00    Evening trip to Nicomen for goldpanning lessons with a Barkerville award winning gold panner, Terry Weekley.

Day 2

6:00    Restaurant opens for coffee and breakfast

8:00    Bus departs for Ashcroft

9:30    Rafts leave shore and head downriver - One exploratory stop before lunch

Noon  Lunch in the heart of Black Canyon - Two stops en route to Spences Bridge

5:00    Arrive in Spences Bridge, shuttle back to the Resort

6:00    Social Hour at the Poolside Gazebo

7:00    Dinner in the Cutting Board Restaurant

8:30    Optional evening shuttle to Nicomen, a sure source of gemstones

Day 3

6:00    Restaurant opens for coffee and breakfast

8:00    Bus departs for Spences Bridge

9:00    Head downriver towards Lytton - Two exploratory stops before lunch

Noon  Lunch and exploration at Nicomen Falls

1:30    Back on the river, one or two stops en route to Lytton

5:00    Arrive in Lytton, shuttle back to the Resort. Debriefing & head for home
